IBS has three main service areas in Ireland. The colour coded map below shows the areas and which branch administers the area.
CORK controls the largest area stretching from Kerry to Donegal with 32 engineers strategically located and 7 service staff.

DUBLIN Branch controls to the greater Dublin area and some of the northern counties. There are 20 service engineers and 3 service admin staff.

Branches are open from 9am to 5:30pm each week a day. If you have a query outside of working hours, you can e-mail the relevant department.
Although we are now a truly nationwide company, our focus remains local, with each IBS centre serving a radius of a some 50 miles. So, when you need an engineer fast... that's just what you will get. The same goes for sales and installations too.
